Refunds/Drops/Transfers:

High School Summer School (In Person) - 
To request a drop or transfer, please use this form: SS drop/transfer request form
Class Transfers:
  • April 29 – June 9, 2025: $20 processing fee per class
Drops & Refunds:
  • All refunds will be issued via district check.
    • April 29 – June 9, 2025: $20 processing fee per class dropped
    • June 10 – 2nd day of class: $100 fee per class dropped
    • No refunds will be issued for requests submitted after the start of day 3.
    • Any drop request submitted on or after day 5 will result in a grade of E.
Summer School Refresher -
  • Full refund if a class is cancelled by the office due to low enrollment
  • Family Requested Refund: A request must be made prior to the end of the first week of classes, regardless of attendance
  • There is a $15 cancellation fee per class for processing a refund
Summer School English for ELL Students-
  • Full refund if a class is cancelled by the office due to low enrollment
