Summer Camp Calendar will be posted the 1st day of camp.

Camp is for students going into Kindergarten (must be 5 by September 1st, 2026)  up to students entering 6th grade for the 2026-2027 school year.

Please see our Summer Brochure (available in March) for camps being offered for preschool age children.

Dates: June 15th to August 5th Times: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Location: Deerfield Elementary School

Summer Registration Fee: $100.00 per child

Daily Fee: $65.00 children must be registered a minimum of two days a week when attending

•  What time are you open?  Our hours are 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. 
•  Location this year: Deerfield Elementary School
•  Fees:  The registration fee is $100.00 per child and the daily rate is $65.00 per child.
•  Registrations: Registration begins April 9th, 2026 for children residing in the Novi School District   Boundaries. 
•  Program could be filled before camp begins
•  Child Information Record and Sunscreen form must be turned in no later than June 1st. Email to ecec@novik12.org
•  Do you provide lunch?  No we do not provide lunch.  Please pack a nut-free lunch daily as well as a beverage.
•  Do you provide snacks?  No, please send two snacks daily with your child. A water bottle with your child’s name on it should be sent daily.
•  Does my child need sunscreen?  Yes, we ask that you provide a bottle of sunscreen with your child’s name on it.   Permission slip must be signed and on file.
•  Is there a refrigerator or microwave available for my child’s packed lunch?  No, we will not be able to provide a   microwave or refrigerator.
•  What is your dress code?  We ask that children come dressed in play clothes. Please refrain from flip   flops/sandals as the children will be playing outside and they are more likely to fall and get hurt.
•  Do I need to sign my child in and out of the Summer Camp daily?  Our policy requires that children must be   signed in and out of the program by a parent or other person listed on the registration sheet.
•  FOBS: Families will be given two fobs to enter the CARE If feasible please arrive to camp   before 9:30 am.  Unless there is a field trip, then arrival time may be earlier based on timing of trip.
•  Field Trip Information and summer activity calendar will be posted the 1st day of camp, June 15. 
•  Schedules:  Consistent schedule for the entire summer is due at time of registration.   SPACE IS LIMITED.
