UPDATED INFORMATION

Registration for Novi District Students begins April 11, 2025. 

Please call our office April 11th for registration 248-675-3400 or 248-675-3425

June and July schedules are due at time of registration, August schedule is due July 1st.

Families can call our office to adjust  the June/July schedule one time, prior to May 15th. Days may be added until May 15th based on availability.

Summer Camp Calendar will be posted the 1st day of camp.

Camp is for students going into Kindergarten (must be 5 by September 1st, 2025)  up to students entering 6th grade for the 2025-2026 school year.

Please see our Summer Brochure (available in March) for camps being offered for preschool age children.

Dates: June 15th to August 6th Times: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Location: Parkview Elementary School

Summer Registration Fee: $100.00 per child.

Please pack two snacks, a water bottle and lunch for your child.

Daily Fee: $62.50 per child.  Children must be registered a minimum of two days a week when attending

•  What time are you open?  Our hours are 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. 
•  Location this year: Novi Woods School 26500 Wixom Rd.
•  Fees:  The registration fee is $100.00 per child and the daily rate is $60.00 per child.
•  Registrations: Registrations accepted March 19  - May 1 for children residing in the Novi School District   Boundaries. 
•  Must schedule at least two days a week when attending. June 17-July 19 schedules are due on day of     registration.
•  Program could be filled before May 1
•  Child Information Record and Sunscreen form must be turned in no later than June 1st. Email to ecec@novik12.org
•  Do you provide lunch?  No we do not provide lunch.  Please pack a nut-free lunch daily as well as a beverage.
•  Do you provide snacks?  No, please send two snacks daily with your child. A water bottle with your child’s name on it should be sent daily.
•  Does my child need sunscreen?  Yes, we ask that you provide a bottle of sunscreen with your child’s name on it.   Permission slip must be signed and on file.
•  Is there a refrigerator or microwave available for my child’s packed lunch?  No, we will not be able to provide a   microwave or refrigerator.
•  What is your dress code?  We ask that children come dressed in play clothes. Please refrain from flip   flops/sandals as the children will be playing outside and they are more likely to fall and get hurt.
•  Do I need to sign my child in and out of the Summer Camp daily?  Our policy requires that children must be   signed in and out of the program by a parent or other person listed on the registration sheet.
•  FOBS: Families will be given two fobs to enter the CARE door at Novi Woods. If feasible please arrive to camp   before 9:30 am.  Unless there is a field trip, then arrival time may be earlier based on timing of trip.
•  Field Trip Information and summer activity calendar will be posted the 1st day of camp, June 17. 
•  Schedules:  First month schedules and payment are due at time of registration.  July 15-August 8 schedule     are due June 24 SPACE IS LIMITED.
•  Schedule Changes:  Families can call our office to adjust the June 17-July 12 schedule one time, prior to May   1st.  Days may be added until May 1st based on availability.
•   Late Fees:  Late fees will be accrued after 5:30 p.m.  Excessive tardiness will result in termination from the   program.
